This Software Sorts and Summarizes information for fast and concise review by simply pasting or typing facts into the pre-made forms. Then by clicking boxes the Lawyer can:
1) Organize questions for Deposition or Trial.
2) Easily organize answers of a Deponent or Witness into many common catagories.
3) Let the computer quickly search and report by Subject, Chronology, Priority, Cause of Action etc. etc.
In Minutes this software can organize facts in over 60 pre-made reports. All organized by Subject,Date and Priority. It automatically totals the damages per Witness and totals related Damages filed in lawsuit.
There are two versions.
Basic version- is for one user and comes with a runtime version of Microsoft Access 2002. Thus you do NOT need to have a database program on your computer. This can be used on up to 5 computers.
Large Office- has a SQL Server base and ASP.Net that can be accessed from anywhere.(this version is to be out in early-2003. call for information)
